Provision of Project Management for ERP rollout through all phases to the successful go-live. End system is a complex multiple-site situation - Japan HQ, Order Center, 3PL Distribution Center connecting back to US data center - which involved multiple layers of IT and functional expertise, and multi-lingual / multi-culture savvy to implement.
